We are currently seeking a Tele Calling Sales Executive for India Mart, a leading online B2B marketplace in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through effective tele-calling techniques, generating leads, and converting them into successful deals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reach out to potential clients via telephone and effectively communicate the benefits of India Mart's services.

2. Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

3. Build strong relationships with clients through active listening, empathy, and excellent communication skills.

4. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

5. Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system regularly.

 

Key Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 1+ years of experience in B2B tele-calling or sales.

3. Good communication skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

5. Proficiency in using CRM tools.

6. Familiarity with B2B market dynamics and the ability to understand client needs.
